Tracy Dallefeld, NP.Founder/Injector
As a nurse with 10 years of experience, I have dedicated myself to improving the lives of patients and providing compassionate care. I am currently working to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and will graduate this summer. I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings as well as served in the Army as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. I have honed my clinical skills and developed a deep understanding of the human body, as well as the emotional and psychological needs of patients. Above all, my passion for nursing and commitment to helping others continues to drive my work every day.
Tej Mudigonda, MD.Medical Director
Dr. Tej Mudigonda MD is a triple board-certified, fellowship trained dermatologist, specializing in facial aesthetic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, and varicose veins.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, he is excited to return to middle Tennessee to collaborate with Heavenly Med Spa & IV Lounge as Medical Director while establishing a comprehensive dermatology practice (Integrated Skin Institute) in the Nashville area. His easygoing demeanor and enthusiasm towards patients compliment his meticulous approach for excellent aesthetic and reconstructive outcomes
